Terms of sale

The owner and administrator of the online store Pale Alison (hereinafter the Online Store) is Terminaator Music OÜ (registration code 80575938), with legal address Ida-Viru maakond, Narva linn, Uusküla tn 7-19, 20206.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

  • The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.

  • The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products.

  • The price includes a fee for delivering the goods, unless a “free shipping” campaign is mentioned on the page. The fee for delivering the goods depends on the delivery method. The possible delivery methods and fees are displayed to the buyer when placing an order.

  • Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Order processing

  • To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate product delivery method. You can pay for the order by credit or debit card: card payments made are mediated by Stripe, Inc. The Online Store does not have access to the customer's bank details.

  • The contract comes into effect upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store's current account.

  • If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

  • The owner of the online store, MTÜ Pale Alison, is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to authorized processors, Stripe, Inc.

Delivery terms

  • The goods are sent by parcel machine and courier service.

  • The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer (unless otherwise stated) and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method when confirming the order.

  • Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 7-14 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Shipments within Estonia are sent to the Smartpost Itella parcel machine specified by the customer in the order.

Right of return

  • After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

  • To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the same way as it is allowed to test the goods in a physical store. This means that the returned goods must not show signs of use.

  • If the goods have been used for any purpose other than necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the return fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

  • To return the goods, a withdrawal request must be sent by email to mtupalealison@gmail.com

  • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

  • The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will refund to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract. If the customer partially withdraws from the contract, the transport costs will be refunded proportionally.

  • The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has sent the item back, whichever occurs first.

  • If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to refund the consumer the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method. For orders placed outside the European Union, the initial postage cost will not be refunded.

  • The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
